I could not do this because of bug 10440.
I now applied the patch which I reported in the bug that works for me
and could this way update the tex2lyx test files. While doing this, I
encountered some tex2lyx issues that I fixed now.
Concerning runtests.py, I switched for now back to Python 2.7 to
concentrate in other things. (I don't know much about Python.)
