All of sudden updating of tex2lyx-files (in cmake) did not work. It turned out,
that I have a symbolic link in the
path, so that output and input directories were not identical.
Using realpath() cured it, but it took me a while to figure out what went wrong.
Test-files committed at c7a0ffc.
