Both run Debian, the one where it works is Jessie, the desktop runs Stretch.
Does not seem to blacklisting, both computers are seen under the same IP.
Tested ftp access from my desktop with the mirrors, the only one working is the
Polish one, both with Firefox and Chromium (Chrome on Debian). Quite puzzling...
Still waiting for an answer from the ftp maintainer.
