Dear developers I see thet the LyX banner which appears without any document open is in English. Is there a mechanism to fetch a banner in the local language?
If so, I guess it is just an Inkscape job (gave a try, not simple at the first attempt, text seems to be a drawing after degrouping as much as I could, and I'm a real beginner with Inkscape).
