I just tested 2.3.0 on my 10.13.4 late 2015 5K iMac without a problem. I'll report back later when I've tested on my ~2014 MBPr. What are the specifications of your machine (though, I don't expect they'd matter)? As Riki suggested, have you tried launching from the terminal? If you don't know how, let me/us know. - Joel
