pdflatex output. Kornel, what do you get for this test?
Günter, do you have an updated TL 2018 installation?
Thank you for organizing the tests. By your commit message I assumed it
was just sorting. I did not realize you were changing functionality. In
the future, could you make two commits? For the first commit, you could
just make changes that don't affect functionality. That way, it will be
easier to understand exactly what functionality does change (in the
second commit).
