msvc and regex

I cannot compile anymore with msvc because:

 -- Compiler supports std_regex
  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:305 (message):
    msvc >= 1915 is required.
Do I indeed _have_ to use MSVC 2017 update 9 to compile LyX now? Is this 
required by std::regex?
