This is because we did not pay for a key, if I remember well. Normally,
this warning goes away after enough kind sould have decided to run it
(am I wrong?).
I also lost some settings. The first thing I do with LyX is open the
Outline pane, which was closed. However, the recent documents list and
the shortcuts were preserved.
Settings like outline state of toolbar positions are ditched as soon as
something has changed. I am not able to tell you where this code is, but
I find it very annoying.
For example, I like to put the View toolbar on the left, and it gets
reset every time I rebuild LyX AFAICS.
