Hi I'd like to be able to compile LyX (on Mac OS Big Sur).
I tried following the instructions on https://wiki.lyx.org/Devel/Git Got as far as this: (base) jk@jkmac-3 ~ % git config --global user.name jkennan (base) jk@jkmac-3 ~ % git config --global user.email jken...@gmail.com (base) jk@jkmac-3 ~ %git checkout master fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git John Kennan
