It is indeed. And the service is not good, since lyx-devel and lyx-users
messages from non-members are just discarded.
I wanted to apply the spam filtering only to non-members, but this is not
possible with mailman (at least only globally).
I imagine it is also not possible to check PGP signatures?
I would be surprised that mailman can do that.
