Thanks John. I am not going to apply this patch, because removing the layout might break the old documents. In the long term we might want some attic or flag so we don't offer these layouts for a new documents. But this needs more work to be done. For now I will at least put this list into layouts directory so we do not lose your valueable exploration of deprecated .cls packages.
