I am slowly & tediously going through header includes which are not needed for compilation (automated by dirty script I once convinced Scott to polish and include in our tree;) and at the same time are not actually requested in the header itself (manual, tedious and error prone). I did this once but did not store the list of false positives, but I do that now, so the next iteration should be less tedious. I am ambivalent how to define false positive for .cpps but I'll raise the issue once the time is ripe. Apart from pruning the deps tree little bit we might get rid of strfwd and similar creatures this way.
