One more thing I observed is that the title and menu bars had
identical colors and there was no distinct border between them.
I am not on Windows, so hopefully someone who is can say more. But this
is probably due to our switching Qt versions, which upset whatever
configuration you had before. There is some kind of Qt configuration
tool that can be used to change the font, etc, used for menus. But I
don't know how to find it on Windows.
