Note that I had to remove the files
boost/aclocal.m4
boost/acinclude.m4
boost/boost/config.h.in
by hand and do two extra "cvs update"s to remove the cvs messages
cvs server: warning: boost/aclocal.m4 is not (any longer) pertinent
cvs server: warning: boost/acinclude.m4 is not (any longer) pertinent
cvs server: warning: boost/boost/config.h.in is not (any longer) pertinent
I still have the message
