Yes... something like that. Note however that the actuall contents of
the cdef files is currently not used (a lot). By existing in the cdef
file we assume that we are able to draw the char with out conversions.

We probably need a InsetLaTeXChar (or just InsetChar), this would then
be removed when we use unicode internally.
