Hmm... Yes, I should have looked better.
About lstring: lstring.h doesn't include <cstring> in the main branch, and
use the #ifndef CXX_GLOBAL_CSTD trick (just as Lars told me %)
paragraph.C: s/os.tellp()/int(os.tellp())/
