Well at least I'm not alone.
I refuse to jump through any more dumb hoops pissing about with making old
webpage look available. If you decide you want something else wake me
when you've decided what you want. In the meantime I'll get this lot
committed.

Since the default should be the new look (?name=0) so people can read the
pages and because I'm doing the work I guess I can choose from:
slow, bgimage, old, ugly, unreadable, green, traditional,
higraphics, bwhog, why, enriched, rich, prehistoric, 1994,
classic, retro
Hmmm... I suppose a politically correct "bgimage" might be the least
contraversial.
BTW, whatever happens I've decided I'm only going to implement two choices
for web page colour/bgimage. So you better come to some agreement about
blue or green bgimage.
