web page changes

I've commited the changes proposed for the web page.

That is, Changing "CCP2000 is sponsoring" to "CCP2000 sponsored"

and, adding a last modified date on the bottom of each page, this is
done with <?php echo date("F j, Y.", getlastmod() ); ?>

Output looks like:
Page last updated on August 3, 2001.
