Yes, that does the trick. (had to quit and restart LyX, though!) But why is this not by default in the settings. I deleted .lyx/preferences did "gmake uninstall" then "gmake" and "gmake install-strip" (with most recent CVS as of Feb 2nd). Then I had the same problem again. Unlike the other conversions this one is not by default there; where (e)ps is such a common graphics format! Regards, Rob.
