Well let's say that I like the idea of the Custom export I don't use it
in everydays work (well then I don't use LyX in everydays work ;) and we
changed now to use StarOffice instead of LyX for writing letters.

Well the command really don't count if $$FName is substituted by the filename
in the right export format all command's should work.

But I have some comments:

1. What's the "Help" button for???

2. LaTeX/Docbook and Ascii is missing as export format!

If you promise to fix the small problem above I could commit the stuff now.
It seems it's the last dialog in the core and it should really be moved to
the frontends directory.

If I don't get any complains soon I'll commit it.
