I hope it doesn't matter if I had a look ;)
Anyway the attached patch fixes the crash, but we have to do some "real"
changes to don't allow this in 1.3.0, so we probably should open a bug
that it isn't allowd to change the par to "SubSection" or anything other
then "Standart" AND IMO the IndexList should have it's own paragraph!
