For a bugzilla as small as LyX's, I'd be happy with resolving as LATER
where appropriate, although this in essence means the bug is pretty much
forgotten in practice.

The list is tiny right now ... let's worry about things when they
actually happen

This is what milestones, priorities, assignation and severities are for IMHO.
