Enter in mathed :
aaaaaaaa
lim
bbbbbbbb
Where lim is \lim, and they are sub/superscripts. Now select the whole
math and change it to over/under in the math panel :
aaaaaaaa
lim
bbbbbbbb
Now select the entire range of a's and press backspace (or delete). You
get :
bbbbbbbb
Where did lim go ?
Behaves differently if you save before the deletion
