No no need.
If your includes are not in $QTDIR/include, then use
--with-qt-includes=/usr/local/kde/qt/include to over-ride the default
($QTDIR/include). Same goes for --with-qt-libraries
Or you can use --with-0exatra-inc/lib (not sure how that jives with
extra-prefix)
