I tried to compile latest cvs with lyxstring (and gcc 2.95.2, autoconf
2.52) and it failed with

Actually, my problem is that I do not see where BOOST_NO_LIMITS is
supposed to be set now... Lars, could you help me here?
And I really do not see why it compiles fine with std::string on the
same setting...
