Wasn't it so that Qt 2.x didn't recognize them, and then Qt 3.x started to properly recognize them? Is there any particular reason why lyx needs to support Qt 2.x? It's pretty outdated and has some bugs that are fixed only in 3.x... (Yep, I know 3.x needs more memory for the code, but there are a few things that got optimized in 3.x re. template instance memory sizes, so it's not such a bad deal methinks). Maybe dropping support for qt 2.x would cure many such oddities? Cheers, Kuba Ober
