and it won't be, it is used in the .po files, when translating.
(and of course the .po files does not use this yet, since they have
not been updated yet (except some in no.po))
"Run: %d" -> "%d :nuR"
This is not possible with the "Run: " + r or << "Run: " << r
solutions.
Also with this change all translations get a lot freeer(?) in how
sentences is constructed in that the variables is not in fixed places
anymore.
