frontends/Timeout.C:
#include "Timeout_pimpl.h"
That is a very nasty way of specifying a common interface. It means that
compilation of Timeout.C now depends on GUI-specific code.
The language has the concept of abstract base classes for exactly this
problem and is the 'proper' way to specify an interface.
Anyway, I took the silence as consent and just committed it...
