Hm. All crashes I currently get are asserts in boost::optional. They go magically away if I remove that buffer_ member from paragraph. This only breaks insetgraphics which uses the buffer arg to clone() to get a filepath, which it could cache itself easily, and insetinclude, which pretty much does the same.
