Library wise 3.3.1 and 3.4 will be really good, especially iostreams
since that has been cleaned up a lot, and are not approaching C
speeds. (seems that the developers have a hope to surpass c speed
too).

Compiler speed seems to be in high focus right now, but that might not
make it until 3.5. (some improvements in 3.4 though)
