And what's your final veredict then? Should I apply it, repost it, break it into smaller pieces, or drop it? As a remainder, the patch is about adding two more signals to Buffer and a signal to LaTeX (replacing an lfun call), and connecting/disconnecting to them as appropriate. Thanks, Alfredo
