I think the submenu should go near the top in the "submenu" section. I find randomly dispersed submenus to be distracting.
Also, since we really do have the submenu now, I think we should move margin and foot note anyway. This will allow some more sensible mnemonics, and give us more space for Branch, Listing, etc. It's not ideal but I think people will quickly get used to Alt-I-N-F instead of Alt-I-F regards john -- Khendon's Law: If the same point is made twice by the same person, the thread is over.
