lyxdoc ???

1. How do I install files checked out from lyxdoc?
2. Would be possible to split lyxdoc into lyxdoc_xx so that it would
only be necessary to co the languages needed?
3. README.Documentation is so old that it is useless.
4. A make install might be useful.
