Hi,

what is the actual problem. I downloaded the stuff and run the scripts,
the only thing that might cause problems are the required packages:

-    caption2
-    dropping
-    endfloat
-    fancyhdr
-    graphicx
-    lastpage
-    setspace
-    subfigure
