LyX-1.4.0 used to compile without protest on MacOS-10.3.2, qt-3.1.2, gcc-3.3. After a recent cvs update the compilation breaks at:
source='insetlabel.C'
Oops. Found the answer in the archives: MacOSX's HFS+ filesystem confused src/InsetList.h with src/insets/insetlist.h.
