I would think so.
The patch works for me in all of 1.4.0, 1.3.6cvs and 1.3.5.
A patch against 1.3.5 or 1.3.6cvs would be appreciated too.

I guess Bennett can do that. It would be nice to be able to update quickly LyX/Mac 1.3.5 to fix this.

This applies Andreas' patch and changes the CFBundleIdentifier to org.lyx.
