[PATCH] Mathinset: Docbook XML support for tag

Hi!
I made a small patch to include an <alt role="tex"> element in 
equations when writing Docbook XML.

This works like a charm with db2latex and still produces MathML with 
the docbook-xsl stylesheets.

What do you think?
