Does this mean that we cannot do DocBook in, say, greek with LyX?

I have people who ask me how to translate my PHP-Nuke HOWTO

http://www.karakas-online.de/EN-Book/

in greek, or hindu or chinese. What shall I tell them?

That labels, URL texts etc. should stay in english?

PS. That's no accusation. I am just trying to understand what will be possible
and what not with the current state of affairs in LyX 1.4.0.
