Inserting a non-breaking space puts the cursor *before* the non-breaking space inset.
Type: ab Control-space c You will see abc|_| with the cursor right after the "c" instead of what you would expect: ab|_|c (the "|_|" represents the unbreakable space). -- Kayvan A.
