tex2lyx does not support the new package scheme

Hi,
        when testing the latesttex2lyx I get this:

$ ./tex2lyx ~/test.tex
Unable to determine the system directory having searched
        /home/jamatos/lyx/lyx-devel/src/share/lyx-1.4.0cvs/
Try the '-sysdir' command line parameter or set the environment variable 
LYX_DIR_13x to the LyX system directory containing the file 
`chkconfig.ltx'.

        Any help?
