In response to Angus' inquiry about licensing, I would be happy to add my name to the list:
"The following people hereby grant permission to licence their contributions
to LyX under the Gnu General Public Licence, version 2 or later."
even though my contributions were minimal, and far in the past.
Keep up the good work. I'd be lost without LyX.
