JMarc, there appears to be something wrong in the Naviage menu when playing
with this with the UserGuide. If I open up the Document->Settings dialog,
Numbering&Toc pane and select 'section's to appear in the TOC but not
subsections, then the Navigate menu looks like

1.3
...
6.7
If, however, I set sections not to appear, then the menu contains nothing.
What happened to
