[LyX1.3.6pre24 on Windows] File navigation broken

<sigh> Not sure if this is a LyX or Qt/Win Free bug.  It's not listed 
(that I can see) on the Wiki page whence I downloaded version 24.

In the File->Open dialog windows, double-clicking a folder icon causes 
LyX to exit the dialog and pop up an error message box saying that the 
folder is not a LyX file.

Dragging & dropping, double-clicking the document icon and typing the 
path + file name into the File->Open dialog all work.  Incidentally, the 
"folder is not a LyX file" error occurs whether or not there are spaces 
in the path.
