I found the problem: The file "eufm10.ttf" is missing in the current version of the BaKoMa4LyX-package. I attached the file, so that you can install it manually (you need to reconfigure LyX after this).
The next installer version will fix this. I also uploade a new version of BaKoMa4LyX.
