I probably goofed when applying the patches. Everything should be
correct now.
It looks good in both 1.3.x and 1.4.0.
I did notice an anomaly in CVS for 1.3.x that might explain why I've
had problems using CVS to update the preferences file (it either
reports conflicts or says "preferences" is not in the repository and
then updates preferences). CVS reports that the directory is LyX.app/
Contents/Resources/lyx, whereas the actual directory is LyX.app/
Contents/Resources/LyX (note capitalization of "LyX"). Can that be
fixed easily?
