I have uploaded a Cygwin package for LyX 1.4.0 to ftp.devel.lyx.org/pub/incoming/
The package is named lyx-1.4.0-cygwin2.tar.gz and I hope it can be moved to ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.4.0/ and renamed lyx-1.4.0-cygwin.tar.gz Notice that in pub/incoming there also should be an incomplete lyx-1.4.0-cygwin.tar.gz due to a failed previous upload attempt. I was neither able to overwrite the file nor to delete it. -- Enrico
