This patch from Félix-Antoine Bourbonnais makes sure that
cursorBegin/End and cursorTop/Bottom correctly return their dEPM

It was an accident, I reverted it (the code to avoid an extra drawing
of the background, if you really want to know :)
Why did you reverted then? :-)
But that's just because I am tracking changes that should end up in qt4
also.
