No more crashes on Win2k when using the file-dialog ;-)

One minor glitch is that the file dialog shows a generic document
icon for .lyx files and not the one associated with them.

There is too much spacing between icons in the toolbars. For this reason
the extra toolbar doesn't fit in the original window width.

I kind of prefer that, IMHO lyx-qt3 icons are too close to each other.

View->DVI and company work, but Tools->Preferences->Converters
seems all screwed up. For example, clicking "DVI->PDF (dvipdfm)" gives:

This was corrected recently by Edwin.

Ditto for "File formats". For example, the BMP entry gives:

I works correctly with my recent patch.

Another issue is that "pplatex" seems to be spotted only when I put
it in lyx-svn/bin (or in the system PATH) but not when it is in the
LyX "PATH prefix".

You mean pdflatex? It works correctly here...

As a last thing, LyX/Qt4 seems to be much slower than LyX/Qt3 as regards
scrolling performance.

Keyboard scrolling yes (no buffering). Mouse scrolling is as fast as qt3 here.

That's all for now ;-)

Thanks for the report ;-)

Abdel.
