I took your patch out of the equation (rm -rf development; svn update) and I now get the following error: $ scons frontend=qt3 build_dir=/tmp/lyxbuild prefix=/usr scons: Reading SConscript files ... [...] /home/kayvan/src/lyx/lyx/intl/dcigettext.c:161: error: static declaration of 'mempcpy' follows non-static declaration scons: *** [/tmp/lyxbuild/intl/dcigettext.o] Error 1 scons: building terminated because of errors. So, I removed the whole svn tree and recreated everything from scratch. The same error... It looks like something is wrong with the way scons configures the HAVE_MEMPCPY define. I don't know enough about this to fix it, but if you provide some pointers, I may be able to help. -- Kayvan A.
