I just trigger on "wiki", what exactly is it that you think should have
place on there?
'dvipost' doesn't tell me anything. First search the wiki for 'dvipost' if
it's already got a page, if not and it's purely related to Windows, I
guess a page call Windows/Dvipost makes sense. Otherwise perhaps
LyX/Dvipost.
Just ask me if you have any problems
